We are hiring western **Full-Time Mixed Martial Arts Trainer (MMA Trainer)** for our Gym at Mina Rashid Port, Maritime City - Dubai.

We are **AB Fitness **(Sports, Events, Gymnasium, Indoor Sports, Health Supplement Shop, Health Cafeteria & many more).

We are leading Fitness & Gymnasium organization, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community, and we are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to our mission.

**Salary**: AED 3000 to 3500 (Depend on experience) plus commission.

**Benefits**:Pick up & Drop Facility from Burjuman metro station to gym.

**Important Note**:
2. Proven experience as MMA trainer.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conducting MMA Classes**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective mixed martial arts classes for participants of various skill levels.
- Instruct in a manner that ensures the safety and well-being of all participants.
- **Skill Development**:

- Assess the skill levels of participants and tailor training programs to address individual needs.
- Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their technique, strength, and overall performance.
- **Fitness Program Design**:

- Develop comprehensive fitness programs that integrate various aspects of MMA, including striking, grappling, and conditioning.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new training methodologies into class routines.
- **Motivation and Support**:

- Inspire and motivate participants to achieve their fitness and martial arts goals.
- Offer support and encouragement to individuals during challenging workouts or as they progress through their training.
- **Safety and Emergency Response**:

- Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Stay vigilant during training sessions to prevent injuries and respond promptly to any emergencies.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Build positive relationships with clients, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, recovery, and overall wellness to complement their MMA training.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about advancements in MMA training, fitness, and health.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training courses to continuously enhance your skills as a Mixed Martial Arts Trainer.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Mixed Martial Arts Trainer or relevant background in martial arts instruction.
- Certification in MMA training or recognized martial arts disciplines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and first aid certification.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping individuals achieve their goals.
