Job description
A Jard HR Coordinator is a passionate advocate on how the delivery of brilliant Human Resources support can add true value to our organization, and someone who genuinely believes in the wider business benefits it can bring to our company and the team. They will be reliable and accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilites:
- Coordinate the full onboarding life cycle for all expatriate employees from start to finish _(Tasheel, Amer and Tawjeeh)_
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
- Support other functions as assigned.
- Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees' safety.
They play a vital role to ensure that our company’s policies, practices, and processes function efficiently to promote a productive workplace.
