**Responsibilities**:

- Report daily & monthly project progress to site engineers.
- Responsible for day-to-day site operation, execution, work/task allocation, and carrying out tasks given by site engineers.
- Supervise all workers/technicians and act as a liaison between site engineers & workers/technicians.
- Train old and new workers/technicians to maximize daily operations.
- Monitor and supervise all machinery & equipment.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Manage materials and equipment inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Develop work schedules for workers/technicians given by site engineers.
- Track and report daily material needed as per site requirements to site engineers.
- Ensure that the project is staying on under budget.
- Solving disputes and all problems arising between workers & technicians.
- Report and monitor daily attendance, absence, sick leaves, and emergencies to site engineers, camp boss, and HR personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Fire Fighting Foreman in the GCC or UAE.
- Strong technical background in Fire Fighting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to Fire Fighting.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.
- Valid UAE driving license.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
