**Job Description**:
This position requires a blend of strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. As a Presales Consultant, you will work closely with sales teams, product management, and clients to deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical solutions that address customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that showcase the value of SymphonyAI's offerings.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to articulate the value propositions of our AI-driven financial solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver detailed product demonstrations and proof of concepts to illustrate how SymphonyAI's solutions address specific business challenges.
- Engage with stakeholders across different levels of an organization to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Support the sales cycle by providing deep product and industry expertise, competitive positioning, and technical knowledge.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical proposals, solution blueprints, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Liaise with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and product enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and best practices to clients.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote SymphonyAI's solutions and engage with potential customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in a presales or technical consulting role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling business solutions.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and other advanced technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales activities.
