**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **facade solutions** for building projects, specializing in **Aluminium**, **Glass**, **ACP**, and other materials used in building envelopes.
- Create detailed **technical drawings** including **shop drawings**, **production drawings**, and **as-built drawings** for **Aluminium façade systems**.
- Ensure designs comply with **local building codes**, **industry standards**, and **project specifications**.
- Collaborate with **project managers**, **architects**, **engineers**, and **production teams** to ensure designs align with project goals and requirements.
- Conduct **site surveys** to gather information and adjust designs based on site conditions.
- Provide **technical support** and advice throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest **facade design trends**, **material innovations**, and **regulatory changes** specific to the **Aluminium industry**.
- Assist with **design calculations** for structural integrity, thermal performance, and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of **2 years** of experience in **facade design** or **draughting** with a focus on the **Aluminium industry**. Experience working with **Aluminium façade systems** is a must.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, or other relevant design software for creating detailed **technical drawings**.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **Aluminium**, **Glass**, **ACP**, and other façade materials used in the **Aluminium industry**. Knowledge of the specific requirements and standards in **UAE**.
- **Regulations Knowledge**: Familiarity with **UAE building codes**, **local standards**, and best practices in the **Aluminium façade** sector.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree** in **Architecture**, **Civil Engineering**, **Structural Engineering**, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Aluminium Industry: 2 years (required)
