**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly experienced **Network Manager** to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-level network and security infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on approach and expertise in designing complex network solutions, managing technical projects, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of network systems across datacenters and campuses.

As a **Network Manager**, you will oversee and manage the organization’s network and security infrastructure. This role involves managing contracts, procurement processes, and budgets, as well as troubleshooting complex network issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **network and security infrastructure** in datacenters and premises.
- Manage **managed service contracts**, annual maintenance, and software support subscriptions.
- Supervise the implementation of technical projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage **WAN, Internet, and PRI services**, including coordination with service providers and handling payments.
- Prepare the **Annual Procurement Plan (APP)** for infrastructure projects, license subscriptions, and maintenance contracts.
- Develop and manage **RFP documents** for IT infrastructure projects and coordinate procurement with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with **network policies, procedures, and best practices** to maintain security and operational standards.
- Manage the department's budget, track expenditures, and ensure spending remains within approved limits.
- Produce regular performance reports on network status and serviceability, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure network equipment and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in network engineering or management roles with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex network solutions.

**Technical Skills**:

- Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including **TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, and SD-WAN**.
- Extensive hands-on experience with **routing, switching, and wireless LAN** from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and HPE/Aruba.
- Experience managing network security infrastructure, including **Palo Alto, FortiGate, Infoblox DNS/DHCP, and Cisco FirePower IPS**.
- Proficiency with **F5 LTM, ASM, and APM configuration and management**.
- Strong understanding of **cloud networking** and experience managing networks in public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), Palo Alto, FortiGate, Infoblox, or F5 certifications.

Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
