Responsible for complete accounting cycle and related operations for assigned portfolio and tasks

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for complete accounting cycle for assigned properties portfolio
- Revenue Expense Closing and Reporting
- Preparing monthly accruals expense amp revenue reports ICM acceptance COS amp transfer entries ensuring all these actives are accounted before the month end
- Evaluation of various expense requests in terms of justification for the expenses budget availability etc
- Coding and posting of approved expenses as per budget
- Ensure approved payments are released as per agreed payment terms and all supporting documents are in compliance with Company’s Policies and Procedures and approved as per DOA including timely settlement of Intercompany creditors and debtors
- Prepare payments cheques bank transfers etc as required and liaise with Accounts Payable section
- Maintains appropriate filing of all documentation
- Prepare and maintain periodic month-end reconciliations with vendors suppliers
- Performs any other related job duties as requested by direct supervisor
- Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor s degree in any discipline is preferred
- Professional Experience: At least five 5 years finance and relevant work experience in similar capacity

Other Skills Requirements:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with command over written and spoken English
- Real estate projects experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with command over written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Should have working knowledge of an ERP system /Tally

**Salary**: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 7 years (preferred)
