**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Lead the annual budgeting process and create financial forecasts, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage and optimize cash flow, including working capital, investments, and debt financing.
- Independently closing the books and preparing for audit.
- Preparation of Management report and presentation to the Board.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Expert knowledge in managing working capital including bank facilities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree required.
- CA (intermidiete) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in handling different softwares.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
