Ennismore’s sales team is looking for an experienced Vice President, Sales Ennismore - Dubai to support our ambitious growth plans.

This role will be responsible for supporting the Ennismore hotels in Dubai with regards to sales - from rolling up your sleeves, to the more high level overview of the property’s strategies. If sitting in an office all day is your thing, then this isn’t the role for you.

**What you’ll do**
- Reporting to the Global Head of Sales this person will be accountable for the sales functions across all the Ennismore Dubai hotels in conjunction with the General Manager and the property Director of Sales
- Oversee strategies and prepare budgets
- Develop the property Directors of Sales
- Make money

**What we're looking for...**
- Seasoned Director of Sales over multi properties
- You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills
- Communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
- Leisure and corporate sales background
- Knows Dubai market - strong local contacts
- Able to manage multiple brands and stake holders
- Write and drive strategy with GM’s and DOS’s
- Hand on and a self-starter
- As this is a new role, we need someone that can build structure and the role
