**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Managing and Growing our Affiliate Network.
- Maintaining relationships with High-value partners.
- Communication with existing affiliates, reactivating inactive affiliates, recruiting new affiliates and leading the onboarding process.
- Strategy and co-ordination about which deals to offer to affiliates (CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid)
- Coordinate affiliates ensuring efficiency through analysis of conversions rates and value
- Represent the brand at affiliate conferences or personal meetings with affiliate partners
- Create and communicate clear, data-driven reports to management. Handle creatives and marketing collaterals for affiliates and co-ordinate with Content team for the same.

**Requirement**:

- iGaming industry experience.
- Effective sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to worldwide affiliate events.
- Understanding of CPA, CPC, CPI campaigns
