**Job Description: Administrative Assistant (Showroom)-FEMALES ONLY**

**Position**: Administrative Assistant
**Location**: Industrial Area 2, Sharjah
**Department**: Administration
**Reports To**: Showroom Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Call Handling**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers, providing information about products, services, and showroom policies.
- Direct customer inquiries to appropriate departments or staff members as needed.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- **Customer Feedback Management**:

- Record, track, and follow up on customer feedback or reviews, ensuring timely resolution of issues or suggestions.
- Maintain a database of feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement in the showroom’s operations and customer service.
- Collaborate with the showroom manager to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating showroom events or meetings.
- Maintain an organized filing system for customer interactions, product catalogs, and showroom documents.
- Help with inventory tracking, order management, and showroom supply replenishment.
- **Computer and Software Proficiency**:

- Input and maintain customer information accurately in the system.
- Generate reports and presentations based on customer data and showroom performance.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers visiting the showroom.
- Provide accurate information to customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, promotions, and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree; additional administrative certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM and showroom management software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with flexible hours as needed based on showroom schedule.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons or special events.
