The Arts Club Dubai will be perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totalling 65,000 square feet, in the brand new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.

It will be the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The Club’s brand new membership will form an exciting new community of like-minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.

**POSITION PURPOSE**
The Music & Artist Executive is a dynamic and multifaceted role responsible for overseeing all aspects of music programming, artist relations, and event execution at The Arts Club Dubai. This position combines creativity, meticulous planning, and interpersonal skills to ensure the club's music offerings are innovative, high-quality, and aligned with member interests.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DAILY DUTIES**

**ARTIST LIAISON & RELATIONSHIP COORDINATION**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resident and visiting artists, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Ensure artists have the support and resources required for outstanding performances.
- Address artist needs and concerns promptly to foster a positive experience.

**MUSIC PROGRAMMING & EVENT PLANNING**
- Curate diverse and engaging music programming that reflects the club's aesthetic and resonates with member preferences.
- Plan and coordinate schedules, logistics, and communication to execute live performances, DJ sets, and special events.

**EVENT LOGISTICS & EXECUTION**

Oversee all technical and logístical aspects of music events, including sound checks, setup, and stage management.

Collaborate with sound engineers, stage crews, and venue staff to deliver seamless event execution.

**BUDGET & CONTRACT CONTROL**
- Develop and control budgets for music events, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Negotiate contracts with artists and agencies to secure top-tier talent within budgetary constraints.

**MARKETING & PROMOTION COLLABORATION**
- Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted promotional strategies for events.
- Provide artist insights and event details to support impactful marketing campaigns.

**TALENT SCOUTING & NETWORKING**
- Identify emerging talent and cultivate a robust network within the music industry.
- Continuously bring fresh, diverse, and innovative acts to the club to keep offerings dynamic.

**BACKGROUND MUSIC QUALITY CONTROL & CURATION**
- Oversee the selection and curation of background music to enhance the club's ambiance and align with its overall aesthetic.
- Regularly review and update background music playlists to ensure they meet quality standards and reflect current trends.
- Work with sound teams to maintain optimal audio quality throughout the venue.

**AUDIENCE EXPERIENCE ENHANCEMENT**
- Tailor music programming to enhance the overall member experience, collecting feedback to adapt to evolving preferences.
- Focus on delivering memorable musical experiences that align with The Arts Club’s reputation for excellence.

**BOOKING AND SCHEDULING**
- Manage bookings and schedules for artists and performers, coordinating with their management on fees, requirements, and obligations.

**LOGISTICS & COMMUNICATION**
- Coordinate with production teams to handle all technical and logístical needs, including travel, accommodation, transportation, sound checks, and stage setups.
- Serve as the central point of communication between artists, production teams, and venue staff.

**PAYMENT PROCESSING**
- Oversee payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution in collaboration with the finance team.
- Assist payment schedules and uphold all contractual payment obligations.
