Job Opening: PA/Digital Marketing Executive for Laroussi Music

Part-Time: 20/25hours/week

**Salary**: AED 4,000 per month

Laroussi Music is an internationally focused music and entertainment company, dedicated to creating and managing exceptional artistic experiences. We are seeking a passionate and skilled PA/Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in entertainment/events to support our brand's growth and connect us with key audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our artist and label.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

Drive brand awareness through innovative campaigns and networking.

Public Relations:
Manage all internal and external communications for a consistent brand presence.

Maintain relationships with key business contacts and stakeholders.

Build and enhance the brand identity across various platforms.

Administrative Tasks:
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and follow up on action items.

Coordinate ad-hoc events and projects locally and internationally.

Social Media Management:
Create and curate engaging content, including photos and videos at events and meetings.

Regularly update and manage the brand, social media profiles.

Run adds on all social media profiles.

Event Support:
Accompany the CEO to key events, providing branding and logístical support.

Assist with sales pitches during meetings and promote the artist/label at events.

A background in the entertainment/events industry is essential.

A creative, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for music and entertainment.

Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and develop new opportunities.

Professional communication and presentation skills.

Highly adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Eager to contribute innovative ideas and grow with the brand.

Skill Set

Excellent communicator and problem solver.

Experienced in marketing, sales, and branding.

Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in growing social media platforms.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and content creation strategies.

Expertise in paid advertising on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive results.

Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Efficient, detail-oriented, and organized.

Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Capable to work with microsoft word/ excell/ PowerPoint

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in PR, sales, marketing, or general administration, preferably in the music/entertainment industry.

Proficiency in English.

UAE-sponsored valid visa.

UAE driving license and reliable transportation.

Ability to join immediately.
