Job Opening: SALES and MARKETING EXECUTIVE for Laroussi Music/International Company

Part-Time: (15 /20 hrs/week)

**Salary**: AED 4000 per month

Laroussi Music is an internationally focused music and entertainment company, dedicated to creating and managing exceptional artistic experiences. We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and skilled PR & Marketing Professional to support our brand’s growth and connect us with key audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the artist and the label.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Drive brand awareness through innovative campaigns and networking.
- Public Relations:

- Manage all internal and external communications to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.
- Handle correspondence and maintain relationships with key business contacts.
- Create, manage, and grow the brand’s identity across platforms.
- Administrative Tasks:

- Arrange meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Prepare marketing presentations, meeting minutes, and itineraries for professional trips.
- Support the coordination of ad-hoc events and projects locally and internationally.
- Social Media Management:

- Create engaging content, including photos and videos during events and meetings.
- Regularly update and maintain the brand’s social media profiles.
- Event Support:

- Accompany the CEO to key events, ensuring proper documentation, branding, and logístical support.
- Assist with sales pitches during meetings and promote the artist/label at events.
- A creative and entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for music and entertainment.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and set up new opportunities.
- A professional representative with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly adaptable and flexible, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to grow with the brand and contribute innovative ideas.

Skill Set
- Excellent communicator and problem solver.
- Experienced in marketing, sales, and branding.
- Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience (5+ years) in PR, sales, marketing, or general administration, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- UAE-sponsored and valid visa.
- UAE driving license and reliable means of transportation.
- Can join immediately.
