**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them professionally and courteously.
- Receive laundry items, accurately tag them, and input details into the system.
- Provide customers with estimated pickup times and pricing details.
- Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely service.
- Inspect items for special cleaning instructions or damages, and communicate with customers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Address and resolve customer concerns immediately and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or as a receptionist (preferred).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
