**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with laundry drop-off and pick-up.
- Handle complaints or issues professionally and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update order information.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area.

**Sales & Promotion**:

- Explain laundry packages, memberships, or special promotions to customers.
- Upsell additional services such as dry cleaning, ironing, stain removal, and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
- Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas to attract new clients.

**Operations Support**:

- Tag and label clothes accurately to prevent mix-ups.
- Coordinate with washing, ironing, and delivery teams for timely order completion.
- Maintain records of daily sales, transactions, and customer feedback.
- Monitor inventory of packaging materials and supplies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in business or customer service preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, laundry, or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - English and Arabic will be advantage
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Good computer and POS (Point of Sale) skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
