The Health Club Receptionist primary responsibility is to provide the guest with a warm and inviting welcome into the City Seasons Al Ain Health Club. They will provide efficient and courteous services to guests and members at all times, and have thorough knowledge and details of all the health club and its offerings.

**What you will be doing**:

- Welcomes and assists guests’ according to the brand standards
- Is an ambassador of City Seasons by providing memorable guest experiences;
- Demonstrates a commitment to provide warm, anticipative service to exceed the needs and expectations of our discerning guests;
- Maintains thorough knowledge of all fitness services, protocols and procedures;
- Maintains thorough knowledge of gym machines;
- Maintains cleanliness and reports deficiencies of gym equipment;
- Maintains the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times;
- Maintains female, mixed gym, and pool locker rooms in a tidy manner;
- Maintains inventory of supplies for the operations of the fitness facility;
- Maintains towel, bath mats, etc., inventory to and from laundry storage on a schedule basis;
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Must be guest-oriented, have a vibrant personality, and radiate enthusiasm to assist people
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), additional languages are an asset
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours, and able to work with little or no supervision
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Windows and Opera

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
