You will work closely with the affiliate marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in managing affiliate relationships and optimizing campaigns. **Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Execution**:
Assist in the development and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve key KPIs.

**Partnership Management**:
Cultivate relationships with affiliate partners to enhance collaboration.

Provide support to affiliates and address inquiries promptly.

**Content Creation**:
Generate creative content and promotional materials for affiliate use.

Coordinate with internal teams for content alignment and consistency.

**Performance Analysis**:
Conduct regular analysis of affiliate performance metrics.

Prepare reports and insights for key stakeholders.

**Tracking and Reporting**:
Implement tracking mechanisms for affiliate activities.

Generate accurate and timely reports on affiliate program performance.

**Compliance Monitoring**:
Ensure affiliates adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Monitor compliance with program terms and conditions.

**Market Research**:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Provide insights to optimize affiliate strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.

Ability to interpret performance metrics and draw actionable insights.

Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

Willingness to assist in various aspects of affiliate marketing operations.

Exceptional attention to detail in campaign execution and reporting.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
