**Job Summary**:
The Marine Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of marine products and services. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the efficiency of the sales process in the marine industry.

**Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales order, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance, and technical teams) to fulfill customer requirements.
- Assist in tracking sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing to ensure a smooth sales cycle.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain an accurate database of clients, contracts, and communications using CRM systems.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain sales records, reports, and performance metrics.
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.

**Logistics & Inventory Coordination**:

- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of required marine products and spare parts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the marine industry.
- Familiarity with marine equipment, services is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
