We, Ostrol Middle East Marine Co LLC are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
*Customer Enquiries: Receive and process inquiries from customers, providing timely responses.

*Supplier Coordination: Send enquiries to suppliers and obtain quotes for clients.
- Budgeting & Comparison: Prepare budgeting, GP sheets, and perform markup comparisons.
- Quotation & Follow-up: Send quotations to clients and follow up to close the orders.
- Order Management: Receive, process, and monitor customer orders.
- Delivery Coordination: Schedule and coordinate deliveries with suppliers, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Logistics Management: Work closely with transport companies to arrange external supplies and deliveries.
- Shipment Monitoring: Track sample shipments and ensure timely delivery to testing centers.
- Vessel tracking and follow ups
- Customer & Supplier Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for both customer and supplier inquiries or concerns.
- Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely payment collection from credit customers.
- Database Management: Maintain comprehensive databases including product pricing, sales orders, supplier and client lists, etc.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Provide accurate and timely information about order status and stock availability while collaborating with sales, finance, and other departments.
- Reporting: Perform additional tasks as assigned, including preparing managerial reports.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on timely execution.
- Proficient in MS Office and database management.
- Previous experience in an operations/admin role, preferably within the marine industry, is a plus.
