Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the home maintenance and technical services sector. The role focuses on expanding the company’s client base and promoting services such as HVAC maintenance, MEP technical services, handyman services, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and related residential/commercial maintenance solutions.

**Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation**
- Identify and develop new opportunities across residential communities, property developers, facility management companies, commercial buildings, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, industry events, and digital platforms.
- **Bring an existing network and a ready list of potential clients with strong ability to convert them into new maintenance contracts.**:
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and actively pursue opportunities to closure.
**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate agencies, community managers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct meetings to understand technical maintenance needs and present tailored solutions.
**3. Proposal, AMC & Technical Solutions**
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and estimation teams to prepare AMC proposals, HVAC service contracts, and MEP maintenance packages.
- Develop competitive pricing and deliver professional presentations and capability briefings.
**4. Recruitment & Team Building**
- **Lead the recruitment and onboarding of all technical staff, including HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, and multi-technicians.**:
- Ensure all technical hires meet the company’s quality standards and operational requirements.
- Work with management to plan workforce needs based on incoming contracts and workload forecasts.
**5. Market Research & Strategy**
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements within the UAE technical services and home maintenance sector.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and expand service offerings.
**6. Internal Coordination**
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and technical teams to align proposals with delivery capabilities.
- Ensure smooth handover of newly secured AMCs and technical projects.
**7. Sales Performance**
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for AMCs, HVAC contracts, and maintenance services.
- Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to management.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities/Technical Services, or a related field.
- **Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in business development within home maintenance, MEP, HVAC, or technical services.**:
- A strong personal client network with potential accounts for immediate business development.
- Solid technical understanding of HVAC systems, MEP services, AMCs, and maintenance operations.
- Proven experience hiring and managing technical teams is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
