**Professional Purchasing Section**:
**_Job Description:_**:
- _Manage procurement and/or service contracting requests, carrying out their purchasing and/or contracting processes from requests for goods and services corresponding to purchasing programs._
- _Manage requests for budget availability to the Budget Section of the Institute._
- _Request quotes from suppliers to carry out purchasing processes._
- _Request for quote validation to technical references or requesting users._
- _Prepare draft resolutions that authorize purchasing processes, as well as those that prepare bases or purchase intentions, or that resolve bidding processes or large purchases, that approve contracts, among others._
- _Prepare contract projects that regulate procurement and/or direct contracting processes._
- _Advise and/or support different users in the different purchasing processes assigned._
- _Track assigned purchasing processes._
- _Register the purchase information in the documents, files and/or folders intended for that purpose._
**_ Job Requirements:_**
- University Professional Degree_
- _Excel course, Intermediate level (Desirable)._
- _At least 2 years performing public procurement and contracting functions (Desirable)._
