**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies for materials and services.
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers locally and internationally.
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions in line with project budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Estimation teams to forecast procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse and logistics departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and UAE regulations.
- Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and manage purchase orders from issuance to delivery.
- Manage and monitor vendor performance, resolving any disputes or delivery issues.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, material pricing, and supply conditions.
- Implement cost control measures and seek opportunities for procurement process improvement.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in procurement within the **Aluminum & Façade** or **Steel Structural** industries in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials used in façade, curtain wall, aluminum systems, or steel structures.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to build strong supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with UAE market dynamics, supplier base, and import/export regulations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
