**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Procurement Strategy**
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for **aluminum and façade systems** to ensure cost-effective, timely procurement.
- Continuously assess market trends and pricing to optimize procurement plans.

**Supplier Management**
- Identify, qualify, and evaluate both **local and international suppliers**.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through performance monitoring, strategic partnerships, and regular communication.

**Tendering & Cost Analysis**
- Issue RFQs, review technical and commercial offers, and conduct **comparative evaluations**.
- Support cost optimization for key materials, including:

- Aluminum profiles & extrusions
- Glass (tempered, laminated, double glazing)
- Cladding systems (ACP, GRC, HPL)
- Brackets, anchors, fasteners, gaskets, sealants

**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with **engineering, design, and project management teams** to ensure alignment of material specifications, lead times, and site delivery schedules.

**Inventory & Logistics**
- Track inventory levels and ensure **on-time delivery of façade materials** to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping for international orders in compliance with **Incoterms**.

**Contract Management**
- Negotiate **payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions** with suppliers.
- Manage supplier agreements and ensure contractual compliance.

**Risk & Compliance**
- Identify procurement-related risks, including **delays, cost overruns, or non-compliance**, and implement mitigation measures.
- Ensure adherence to **internal policies, legal standards, and UAE regulations**.

**Reporting & Cost Tracking**
- Monitor procurement budgets, prepare **cost savings reports**, and maintain up-to-date procurement records using ERP systems.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering**, or a related field.

**Experience**
- 10-15 years of proven procurement experience, preferably in **façade, aluminum systems, or architectural cladding industries**.

**Technical Knowledge**
- Strong understanding of **curtain wall systems, glazing materials, structural framing, and fabrication standards**.

**Systems Proficiency**
- Hands-on experience with **ERP tools** (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Skills**
- Excellent **negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills**:

- Strong **communication and interpersonal abilities**:

- Organizational efficiency and ability to **manage multiple projects simultaneously**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet **strict project deadlines**
