**Job Title**: Project Manager (Aluminum & Glazing)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Execution**: Plan, manage, and deliver aluminum and glazing projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
- **Client Liaison**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and high customer satisfaction.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare and monitor project budgets; implement cost-control strategies to maintain financial targets.
- **Risk Management**: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans where needed.
- **Site Oversight**: Supervise site activities, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Enforce quality control standards; conduct inspections and implement corrective actions as required.
- **Procurement & Vendor Management**: Coordinate material procurement and manage supplier/subcontractor performance.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients, including KPIs, milestones, and budget updates.
- **Health & Safety**: Promote and enforce HSE compliance, ensuring a safe working environment across all project sites.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. (Master’s or PMP is a plus.)
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years in project management, with at least 8 years specifically in the aluminum & glazing sector.
- **License**: Valid UAE driving license is essential.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command of project management methodologies and tools.
- In-depth technical knowledge of aluminum and glazing systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Project**, **Primavera**, or other PM software.
- Familiarity with **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, or related design tools.
- Knowledge of **UAE construction regulations** and local authority procedures.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating across departments.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
