**We are seeking someone who is talented and wants to learn to be a successful investment advisor. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with investors and high-ticket clients.**

You can earn up to AED 12,000/- and more with incentives.

**Responsibilities**

**Investment Solutions**
- Achieve sales and business targets, including client acquisition by promoting the firm’s investment products to high-net-worth clients
- Answer questions about products and the company
- Follow through on the investment actions approved by clients
- Maintain proper documentation of investment actions taken on behalf of clients
- Educate clients regarding the range of applicable investment options available to them
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of investment products
- Maintain the customer database and keep the customer journey updated.
- Handle grievances to establish a good customer relationship and preserve the company’s reputation.
- Maintain and deepen relations with existing clients
- Prospect for new clients
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year sales experience in insurance, investment sales or real estate is mandatory.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales Target
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

**Salary**: Up to AED12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Insurance, Real Estate or Investment Sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Russian, Chinese or Arabic (preferred)
