Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Investment Advisor. The Investment Advisor will be responsible Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide suitable investment recommendations. Conduct consultations to present relevant investment products and solutions professionally. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and support. Achieve individual performance and revenue targets as established by management.

Maintain thorough knowledge of current market conditions, financial products, and regulatory requirements. Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and manage the client pipeline effectively.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines. Go the "extra mile" to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 4–5 years of proven sales experience in investment advisory, financial sales, or banking roles within the financial services sector.
  • At least 2 years of UAE experience is a must.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or client acquisition targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets and investment instruments.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
