**Salary**: AED 7,000 - AED 12,000 per month

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage a high-quality deal flow, conducting due diligence, executing investment transactions, and supporting the growth and eventual exit of portfolio companies.

Manage and monitor investment portfolios to ensure alignment with company goals, risk tolerance, and overall strategy.

Conduct detailed research and analysis on financial markets, industries, and companies to identify investment opportunities.

Develop and implement investment strategies, executing trades to achieve optimal financial outcomes.

Evaluate and recommend asset allocation models based on economic trends, market conditions, and company objectives.

Collaborate with departments such as finance, legal, and compliance to ensure investments adhere to regulations and internal policies.

Prepare and present investment proposals, performance reports, and financial forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Stay informed about developments in financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes that may impact investments.

Monitor and assess the performance of external fund managers and investment advisors.

Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and financial institutions.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to obtain and maintain clients’ trust.

Analyse market information effectively to make sound investment decisions and communicate these insights clearly.

Thrive in high-pressure situations and work effectively under tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MS Finance) and professional certifications (e.g. CFA, CPA) are highly desirable.

Proven experience as an Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager, or in a similar role within the financial services industry.

Extensive knowledge of financial instruments, investment strategies, and risk management techniques.

Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain investment strategies and concepts to various audiences.

Proficiency in financial modelling and investment analysis software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
