**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all functions of crusher operations, including production, maintenance, sales, procurement, and administration, to drive performance, achieve KPIs, and exceed company targets.
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan, aligned with short-term and long-term goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and expand market share through customer relationship management and new business development and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and diversification avenues to expand revenue streams.
- Ensure efficient production and maintenance of crushers to maximize productivity and minimize downtime through a proper equipment preventive maintenance system, repairs, and upgrades.
- Drive innovation in production methods, sustainability, and digital adoption to ensure competitive differentiation.
- Implement strong performance monitoring frameworks with KPIs tied to efficiency, safety, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities and lead negotiations with key customers, contractors, and government stakeholders.
- Develop pricing strategies in line with market dynamics and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability and ensure optimal plant utilization and production output as per sales demand and inventory levels.
- Assess current staff to build and lead a high-performing leadership team across operations, sales, finance and compliance.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage budgets effectively and held accountable for P&L, ensuring profitability and cash flow targets are achieved.
- Maintain transparent governance practices aligned with executive management expectations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and environmental standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar, Master’s degree preferred.
- 15 years relevant experience in heavy industry, or construction materials with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of crusher operations, maintenance, aggregate production and markets.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial skills with a track record of achieving sales growth and operational targets.
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements related to HSE, quality, and licensing.
