**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience on the same field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP (SAP) is an advantage. Arabic native speaker
- Overall operational responsibility for the regional operations by providing strategic leadership.
- Monitor and ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve and practice the managements systems, processes across the branch operation.
- Operate the team to reach the target with systematic operation.
- Analyze the mistakes from operations and make sure that is not repeated.
- Follow up Purchase orders for New Orders.
- Make sure that the FOS is matching with the contract without any variation.
- Support the site technicians for their work-related doubts and issues.
- Ensure the employee safety at site.
- Ensure the equipment safety as per the quality & MASSAED standards.
- Monitoring and pointing the site issues to the operation manager.
- Submitting the reports on time with management.
- Schedule the daily sites as per the job’s priority
- Ensure the quality of work from the beginning stage to handing over of the site.
- Ensure all snags are cleared before the handing over.
- Make sure that all FMC and AMC contracts are renewing on time with increased price.
- Motivate the Maintenance team to reduce the unwanted call backs and try to make ZERO mantrap breakdowns.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
