**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a courteous and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information to callers.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff members and executives.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests.

Liaise with various departments and personnel to ensure efficient communication and coordination.

Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
