Job Title**:Receptionist / Admin Assistant**
We're currently in search of a dynamic individual to fill the Admin Receptionist role. This position entails providing essential support to our company across various domains, including:
**Responsibility**
- General office management
- Managing clerical tasks such as processing Trade Licenses, Tenancy Contracts, Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, and Employment Visas
- Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules
- Handling invoicing, receipts, and following up on collections
- Assisting management
- Maintaining employee records in both hard and soft copies
- Assisting to On boarding Process
**Qualifications**:
- Graduation in any field
- 0-1year of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
