**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems.
- Plan and coordinate events and meetings.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the executive as needed.
- Acting as the main point of contact between the client and team members.
- Responsibilities include administrative duties such as maintaining the CRM, coordinate with our remote team in India, followup on pending payments etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and flexible attitude
**Benefits**:
