**Job Summary**:
As the QHSE officer, you will be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices across our operations. Working closely with the QHSE Manager and department heads, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective QHSE management systems and protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- **QHSE Management Systems**:

- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE management systems in line with relevant standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Identify hazards, assess risks, and develop procedures to promote a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Support quality assurance activities to deliver high-quality services.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- **Environmental Management**:

- Implement environmental management programs to minimize our environmental footprint.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainability initiatives.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Conduct QHSE training sessions for employees to raise awareness and enhance understanding.
- Provide guidance and support on QHSE-related matters.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on QHSE performance and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Relevant certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Proven 3-5 years experience in QHSE management, preferably in facility management or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Facility Management industry: 3 years (required)
- QHSE: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- NEBOSH, IOSH certifications (required)
