**About the Role**:
**Inspira is looking for a passionate and driven Alliance Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships and expand our footprint across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) market. This role will be instrumental in onboarding new partners, strengthening relationships with OEMs, and driving collaborative growth strategies to meet revenue targets. Join us to lead impactful collaborations, influence decision-making, and contribute to shaping Inspira’s growth story in the MEA region.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Partner Ecosystem Management**:
**Identify, onboard, and nurture new partners in the MEA region, particularly within cybersecurity, AI, and analytics verticals.**
**Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure sustainable growth and alignment with business objectives.**
**Revenue Growth**:
**Drive revenue targets by leveraging partnerships and aligning joint strategies to achieve mutual success.**
**Develop and execute joint business plans with stakeholders, tracking progress through structured business cadences.**
**Strategic Collaboration**:
**Negotiate attractive partnership terms that align with Inspira’s goals while fostering win-win solutions.**
**Develop and manage OEM rebate programs and plan impactful events, such as roundtables, leveraging OEM MDFs.**
**Performance Measurement**:
**Define and implement metrics to measure ROI from partnerships, ensuring accountability and efficiency.**
**Geographic Relationship Building**:
**Cultivate strong relationships across MEA geographies, becoming a trusted advisor to partners and stakeholders.**
**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Background**:
**MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.**
**Experience**:
**11-15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or similar roles, with a proven track record in driving global collaborations and meeting revenue targets.**
**Expertise in working with OEMs, particularly within the cybersecurity, AI, and analytics domains, is highly preferred.**
**Demonstrated experience in negotiating high-impact deals and working with senior stakeholders.**

**Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and present effectively across organizational levels.**
**Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, catering to a diverse global partner ecosystem.**

Pay: AED100,000.00 - AED200,000.00 per month
