This executive-level full-time role is based in Dubai and is suited for professionals with up to 30 years of relevant experience seeking to shape alliance strategies in a dynamic IT services environment.Qualifications and SkillsShould have 15 years of work experience. Should have done Alliance management handling OEMs for atleast 5 years. Should have Middle East Experience and Arabic speaking is an added advantageBusiness Plan creation and driving the executionGood understanding of the technical domains of Infra Storage SecurityGood grip of the new emerging tech of the OEMsOutcome/Goal OrientationStrong Commercial AcumenTaking the team along/collaboration and working in a matrix environment with CE/Presales/Practice/OEMs/MarketingMarket Intelligence & Competitive AwarenessCommunication & Active ListeningStrategic ThinkingAI savvy and has used AI tools to complement the job roleRoles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop Business plan with the OEMs by working through with the Intertec CE Presales and Practice teams.Regular internal and OEM cadence to ensure the required outcomesBuild strong relationships with the OEM at senior levels and with all stake holdersGenerate leads from OEMsDrive awareness of the new age OEM initiatives within IntertecMake OEM aware of the key strategic focus key developments at IntertecSupport Practice & presales for Negotiations wherever rqd.Intervention and drive resolution as and when rqd for operations.Build and execute a joint Marketing planRequired Experience:Manager
