**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries via **live chat and other** communication channels promptly and professionally.
- Engage with users to provide assistance, resolve queries, and enhance customer satisfaction over chat support
- Assist customers with account-related concerns, payment issues, and game-related inquiries over chat support
- Monitor chat interactions and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes.
- Promote a positive and engaging gaming experience by proactively assisting users.
- Stay updated on gaming trends, promotions, and product features to provide informed support.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce, or related industries.
- **Fluent in Hindi and English** (written and verbal) additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
