We are looking for a **Social Media Manager & Content Creator** to help manage our social media presence and that of our clients, while also capturing engaging content using a smartphone.

We are seeking a highly creative and proactive **Social Media Manager & Content Creator** to shoot content and manage social media accounts for both Photolicious Productions and our clients. This full-time role requires someone skilled in both strategy and content creation, using only a phone to capture photos and videos that reflect the artistry of our work. Graphic design skills are a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for both Photolicious Productions and clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels) using a smartphone, tailored for social media
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, product features, and lifestyle moments for both in-house and client accounts
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts for our accounts and clients
- Collaborate with our creative team to maintain a cohesive visual style and brand voice
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and optimize strategies based on results
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a community for both Photolicious Productions and clients
- Stay up-to-date with trends in social media and the F&B industry to bring fresh ideas
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions
- Manage relationships with clients, aligning their needs with social media strategies
- **Graphic design skills** are a plus, for creating engaging visuals, banners, or infographics as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with hands-on content creation
- Proficient in shooting and editing content using a smartphone
- Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar) are a plus
