**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with Sweet Greens' marketing objectives and brand identity.

- Conduct regular social media audits to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and provide insights for optimization.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- Utilize social media analytics and reporting tools to track key performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, trends, best practices, and industry regulations to ensure Sweet Greens remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the food or health industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and community management.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
