As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive customer loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with Sweet Greens' marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience, including organic posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Conduct regular social media audits to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and provide insights for optimization.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- Utilize social media analytics and reporting tools to track key performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, trends, best practices, and industry regulations to ensure Sweet Greens remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the food or health industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and community management.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A passion for healthy living, sustainable food practices, and environmental consciousness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for optimizing social media performance.
