Fintrek Marketing is hiring **Telesales Executives** to join our dynamic sales team in **Abu Dhabi**. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to grow within the **financial services** sector. You will be promoting **credit card** and **personal loan** products over the phone.

No prior banking experience is required. **Training will be provided.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to promote Credit Card and Personal Loan products
- Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team leads to improve performance

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Telesales or call center experience is a plus
- Own visa / spouse visa / family visa preferred
- Must be located in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Basic English required (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)
