**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **personal loan** and **credit card products** from top UAE banks
- Generate leads through **cold calling**, **field visits**, and customer referrals
- Understand client financial needs and offer suitable products
- Achieve and exceed assigned **monthly sales targets**:

- Maintain high standards of customer service and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in **personal loan or credit card sales** within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of **banking products**, sales techniques, and **compliance standards**:

- Excellent **communication**, **negotiation**, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Must be currently **based in the UAE** and available to join immediately or on short notice
