**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote **home automation systems** (lighting, HVAC, AV, security, shading, etc.) for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through an established network of **developers, MEP consultants, contractors, and architects.**:

- Manage the complete sales cycle, including **lead generation, client presentations, technical discussions, proposals, contract negotiation, and project closure.**:

- Collaborate with design and technical teams to deliver customized, value-driven automation solutions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned **sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).**:

- Conduct **market research and competitive analysis** to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at **trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events** to enhance market presence.
- Prepare and present accurate **sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates** to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Business, or a related field.**:

- **10-15 years of proven project sales experience** in **home automation, ELV, smart home, or building technology systems** within the UAE market.
- Strong network and relationships across **real estate developers, consultants, and contractors.**:

- In-depth knowledge of **smart home platforms** such as **KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron,** and similar technologies.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.**:

- Strong **business acumen** with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- **Valid UAE Driving License** (own vehicle preferred).

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
