- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proven sales experience (real estate experience preferred).

**Key Duties**
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and pricing.
- Follow structured daily schedules and achieve KPIs.
- Present developer projects and new launches to clients.
- Contact landlords and sellers to secure property listings.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and property viewings.
- Understand client needs and present tailored property solutions.
- Negotiate and close transactions professionally.
- Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

**Experience**:

- UAE Real Estate : 1 year (preferred)
- Sale Experience: 2 years (required)

**License/Certification**:

- UAE Driving License? (required)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
