An **exciting** and a **professional role**, which involves meeting with property owners and prospective and clients, scheduling property viewings and prospecting properties for clients to secure financial transactions.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A highly motivated individual who is self disciplined and has 'passion' for real estate.
- Excellent Time
- Management and organisational skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
- Well versed in English (Verbal and Written)
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving license
- Several years of verified sales experience

**B - Key Duties**
- Develop a daily action plan with clear targets.
- Generate property listings through networking, site visits, meetings, and cold calls.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, note client requirements, and follow up promptly.
- Ensure all transactions comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Understand client needs, present tailored property options, and finalize deals.
- Uphold ethics and integrity, providing honest feedback in all transactions.

**Experience**:

- Sale: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:
