**Real Estate Sales Manager**

(A reputable Real Estate Company needs a ** Real Estate Sales Manager **)
- _**Location: Dubai (Only).**_
- _**Valid UAE Driver’s License (preferred)**_
- _**Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must**_
- _**Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Sales Manager in Real Estate**_
- **Who can immediately bring a TEAM OF (5 to 10) EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE AGENTS (Ready to work) **_
- **50% commission ( for closing your deal)**_
- **5% to 10% commission (Sales deal closed by your team)**_

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**-**Oversee and administer all aspects of employee training for the organization, including the following:
**-**Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales..

**-**Assist the Sales Team in leading, directing, and motivating the team to achieve corporate sales objectives.

**-**Responsible for operating and getting full information on new launches and existing developer projects.

**-**Developing business with new developers and getting the agency registration done.

**-**Lead and supervise a real estate sales team, perform administrative duties, and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.

**-**Set weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.

**-**Planned, designed, and conducted appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits.

**-**Work with developers for a better understanding of them and to revise the marketing strategy accordingly.

**-**Lead and motivate the team to improve sales and after-sales service to clients.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must.**
**- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate.**
- Well-presented and a good work ethic.
- Excellent negotiation, motivation, and leadership skills.
