Real Estate Sales Manager - Dubai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Lead and manage our sales and leasing team.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence and increase sales revenue.
- Oversee property listings, negotiations, and transactions.
- Stay updated with industry developments, legal knowledge about regulations, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry
- Honesty and Integrity are a must
- Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing, preferably in the Dubai market.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and legal requirements.
- A valid Real Estate Broker License from RERA.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
