**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and leasing plans to meet company goals and targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales and leasing team.
- Design and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and attract clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service at every stage of the process.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee property listings, handle negotiations, and manage transaction processes.
- Stay current on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- A solid track record of success in real estate sales and leasing, ideally within the Dubai market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including legal regulations and industry practices.
- Valid Real Estate Broker License (RERA).
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet ambitious targets and deadlines.
