**An exciting software development company in Dubai is actively recruiting a Chief Technology Officer (CTO).**

Key aspects of the role include:

- Develop the company’s strategy for using technological resources.
- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely.
- Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure.
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
- Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics.
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

- 2+ years’ experience in the same role in the UAE
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree
- Well-versed in current technological trends and business concepts
- Excellent communication skills
