Chief Technology Officer (CTO) AI-Powered Fintech Leader Prop Trading CTO Jobs in Dubai Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesIndustry: Fintech Proprietary Trading AI & AutomationReports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Salary (tax-free): AED per month (negotiable based on experience) About the Role Our client, a fast‑scaling proprietary trading firm, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision team and platform infrastructure for their Dubai HQ. This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of fintech, AI automation and global trading systems. The CTO will drive the technology roadmap, architect advanced trading and analytics platforms and lead an elite development team to scale the business rapidly and securely. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the company’s technology strategy across trading systems automation and AI‑driven solutions. Implement scalable AI models and automation processes to optimise trading operations, onboarding, assessments, analytics and reporting. Lead, mentor and expand a team of developers, data engineers and system architects. Oversee the end‑to‑end development of proprietary trader tech stacks, including dashboards, analytics, CRM and funding systems. Ensure platform security, high performance and scalability for international expansion. Collaborate with executive leadership and product teams to align tech initiatives with business growth objectives. Continuously research, evaluate and implement emerging technologies (LLMs, agent frameworks, APIs, ML models) to maintain a competitive edge. Candidate Requirements Proven proficiency in modern backend (Python, etc.) and frontend (React, Vue, etc.) frameworks; strong cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, etc.). Track record of deploying automation tools and AI models in production environments. Minimum of 5 years of technology leadership managing multi‑functional teams (5+ people). Experience building or scaling tech platforms in fintech, proprietary trading or SaaS environments. Entrepreneurial, agile mindset with a passion for problem‑solving and innovation. Advantageous: Experience in prop trading platforms (MetaTrader, cTrader, APIs) or quantitative finance.
