**How You Will Make a Difference**:

- Legal Support & Administration

o Assist the legal team with legal research, drafting, and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including contracts and agreements.

o Support the team in managing and organizing legal documentation, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.

o Participate in due diligence activities and other legal processes as required.

o Handle general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.
- Compliance & Governance

o Support the team in ensuring the company’s legal and operational practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

o Assist in the development and implementation of legal and compliance training materials for various departments.
- Cross-Functional Learning

o Work closely with different corporate departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Development) to understand their legal needs and provide support.

o Participate in cross-functional projects to gain a broad understanding of the company's business and legal challenges.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**:

- Education and Functional Competency

o A Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

o A strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in corporate law.

o Foundational knowledge of legal principles, contract law, and corporate governance.
- Experience and Eligibility

o A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience, with internships in a legal firm or corporate legal department being a significant advantage.
